Description

Mobil Delvac Modern 5W-30 Advanced Protection V6 is a synthetic low-ash oil for modern MAN trucks and buses and other diesels fitted with a particulate filter. Where diesel fuel has an ultra-low sulphur content, it can also be used in engines without a filter for which MAN M 3277 or M 3275-1 oils are recommended.

The oil holds official MAN M 3677 approval and meets the requirements of Scania LDF-4 without formal approval.

Typical figures: 11.56 mm²/s at 100 °C, pour point -42 °C, base number 14.1 mg KOH/g, NOACK volatility 11.4 %, CCS at -30 °C 5,590 mPa·s.

Application

Modern MAN trucks and buses where MAN M 3677 is specified and other diesels with a particulate filter; in regions with ultra-low-sulphur diesel, also engines without one where MAN M 3277 or M 3275-1 oils are recommended.
