Description
Liqui Moly Special Tec AA 0W-16 is a very low-viscosity engine oil for modern petrol engines in Asian and American cars.
It carries API SQ and ILSAC GF-7B, the latter being a separate category specifically for the 0W-16 grade. It holds no official approvals; the manufacturer recommends it for Honda, Lexus, Suzuki and Toyota vehicles that specify such an oil.
Typical figures: viscosity 7.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 155, HTHS at least 2.3 mPa·s, pour point -45 °C. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.
Because of its low HTHS, it belongs only in engines for which the car maker permits 0W-16.
Application
Modern petrol engines in Asian and American cars (for example Toyota, Lexus, Honda and Suzuki) for which the car maker specifies a 0W-16 grade, including with extended drain intervals.
