Description
Motul MOTYLGEAR 75W-85 is a Technosynthese synthetic gear oil with extreme-pressure additives. It is intended for manual gearboxes, transaxles and transfer boxes without a limited-slip differential in cars whose makers specify the 75W-85 viscosity grade.
The oil meets API GL-4 and GL-5; no car-maker approvals are listed.
Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 12.6 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 150, pour point -45 °C, flash point 216 °C. Available in 1 litre.
The oil is not intended for limited-slip differentials.
Application
Manual gearboxes, transaxles and transfer boxes without a limited-slip differential in makes that specify SAE 75W-85, including Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Suzuki.
