Description

Motul MULTI CVTF is a blue synthetic fluid based on Technosynthese for continuously variable transmissions. It is intended for belt and chain CVTs in Asian, American and European cars.

The data sheet lists no official approvals. The fluid meets the requirements of Nissan NS-1, Nissan NS-2, Nissan NS-3, Lineartronic CVTF, Lineartronic II, GM DEX-CVT, Ford MERCON C, Ford WSS-M2C928-A, MB 236.20, BMW EZL 799, Multitronic, Hyundai/Kia SP-CVT 1, Dia Queen CVTF-J1, Dia Queen CVTF-J4 and a number of other specifications without official approval.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 7.3 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 182, flash point 220 °C. Available in 1 to 60 litres.

It is not intended for stepped automatic or dual-clutch transmissions.

Application

Belt and chain continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in Asian, American and European cars, including those that need Nissan NS-2, NS-3 or Subaru Lineartronic fluids.
