Description

Shell Helix Ultra SN 0W-20 is a fully synthetic oil from the Helix Ultra line for petrol passenger car engines, above all Asian and North American models that need a fuel-economy 0W-20 oil. It is suitable for use in very hot and very cold climates.

The oil is rated API SN, ILSAC GF-5 and ACEA A1/B1 and holds the official Chrysler MS-6395 approval.

Typical figures: 8.80 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 172, pour point -48 °C, flash point 224 °C.

The ACEA A1/B1 class implies a low HTHS viscosity, so the oil belongs only in engines where the carmaker permits that class. The data sheet does not cover use in diesels.

Application

Petrol passenger car engines, mainly Asian and North American models, that specify a 0W-20 oil rated API SN / ILSAC GF-5, including in very hot or very cold climates.
