Description

Shell Rimula R6 LM 10W-40 is a synthetic low-SAPS engine oil for diesel and gas engines in trucks and buses on extended drain intervals.

Classes: API CK-4, CJ-4, CI-4 and CH-4, ACEA E6, E7, E8, E9 and E11, JASO DH-2. Approvals: CAT ECF-3, Cummins CES 20081 and Cummins CES 20086, DDC DFS 93K218 and DDC DFS 93K222, Deutz DQC IV-18 LA, DTFR 15C110, Iveco 18-1809 NG2, Liebherr LH-00-ENG LA-22, Mack EO-O Premium Plus and Mack EOS-4.5, MTU Oil Category 3.1, Renault Trucks RLD-3, Volvo VDS-4.5. It meets MAN M 3271-1 and MAN M 3477 without a formal approval.

Typical figures: 14.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, base number 10.2 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1.00 %, pour point -36 °C.
