Description

Eni i-Sigma special TMS 10W-40 is a synthetic low-SAPS oil from the i-Sigma top MS line for diesels with exhaust after-treatment in severe service, and for stationary and gas engines in heavy vehicles. It protects cylinder walls against bore polishing.

Classes: ACEA E6, E7 and E9, API CI-4. Official approvals: Mack EO-N, Renault Trucks RLD-2 and Volvo VDS-3. Without formal approval the oil meets the requirements of Cummins CES 20076, Cummins CES 20077, Deutz DQC IV-10 LA, DTFR 15C110, MAN M 3271-1, MAN M 3477 and MTU Oil Category 3.1.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 14.4 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 150, base number 10.6 mg KOH/g, pour point -42 °C.

Application

Diesel engines in vehicles with exhaust after-treatment in severe service; also stationary engines and gas engines in heavy vehicles.
