Description

Elf Evolution Full-Tech MSX 5W-30 is a synthetic ACEA C3 oil for modern turbocharged direct-injection petrol and diesel engines with exhaust after-treatment.

Besides ACEA C3, it is rated API SP and holds official MB 229.52 and BMW Longlife-04 approvals. It meets the requirements of Opel OV0401547-D30 and Opel OV0401547-G30 without formal approval, and the manufacturer also describes it as suitable for Volkswagen direct-injection engines.

Typical data-sheet figures: 12 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 171, pour point -36 °C. Drain intervals can run from 20,000 to 40,000 km where the vehicle manufacturer allows. Pack sizes from 1 to 208 litres.
