Description
Liqui Moly Classic Transmission Oil SAE 90 is a mineral gear oil for manual gearboxes in classic cars and motorcycles that run under light load.
It carries API GL-1, GL-2 and GL-3 and holds no carmaker approvals. The manufacturer's application list includes classic models from Alfa Romeo, AMC, BMW, Jeep, Opel, Rolls-Royce, VW and Volvo.
The oil does not reach the extreme-pressure level of GL-4 or GL-5, so it is not used where such a class is specified. Typical figures: 16.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 95, pour point -24 °C. Available in 1 litre packs.
