Description
Liqui Moly Touring High Tech Special 10W-40 is a synthetic engine oil in the Touring High Tech line for petrol engines and passenger-car diesels, naturally aspirated or turbocharged, with or without an intercooler.
Classes: API SM and API CF. There are no carmaker approvals and no claims to meet carmaker requirements, so the oil suits engines whose handbook calls only for these API classes.
Typical figures: 14.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 160, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, base number 10.3, NOACK 10 %, pour point -36 °C, sulphated ash 0.9-1.5 %. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.
Application
Petrol engines and passenger-car diesels, with or without turbocharging and an intercooler, where API SM/CF is sufficient.
