Description
Liqui Moly Optimal 10W-40 is a semi-synthetic all-season engine oil for petrol car engines, including high-revving and turbocharged ones.
It carries API SL and CF and ACEA A3 and B3. It holds no official approvals; the manufacturer states that it meets the requirements of MB 229.1 and recommends it for AVTOVAZ (Lada) vehicles.
Typical data-sheet figures: viscosity 14.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 160, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, pour point -36 °C, sulphated ash 0.9-1.5 %, base number 10.3. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.
Application
