Description

Mobil Super 3000 XE 5W-30 is a fully synthetic mid-SAPS engine oil from the Mobil Super 3000 range. It is aimed mainly at Mercedes-Benz cars and vans but also suits petrol and diesel VW, Opel and Ford models with a particulate filter and catalytic converter.

The oil is rated ACEA C3 and API SN, SM, SL and CF. It holds official MB 229.31, MB 229.51, MB 229.52, VW 505.00, VW 505.01 and GM dexos2 approvals, and meets the requirements of GM-LL-A-025, GM-LL-B-025 and Ford WSS-M2C917-A without formal approval.

Typical figures: viscosity 11.9 mm²/s at 100 °C and 68 mm²/s at 40 °C, sulphated ash 0.8 %, pour point -36 °C, flash point 230 °C, density 850 kg/m³.

Application

Mercedes-Benz petrol and diesel cars and vans, and VW, Opel and Ford models with a particulate filter and catalytic converter where ACEA C3 or API SN is specified.
