Mobil Delvac Ultra 5W-40 Ultimate Defense is a synthetic-technology oil with a high base number for heavy-duty diesels in trucks and off-highway machinery, designed for extended drain intervals.

Official approvals: MAN M 3277, MAN M 3377, Volvo VDS-3, Renault Trucks RLD-2, Mack EO-N, MTU Oil Category 3, Cummins CES 20076, Cummins CES 20077, Cummins CES 20078, DTFR 15B120. Classes: ACEA E4, E7, API CI-4 Plus, CI-4, CH-4, CG-4, CF-4, JASO DH-1. Without formal approval, it meets the requirements of CAT ECF-2 and Isuzu DEO.

Base number 14.5 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1.2 %, 15.4 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 174, pour point -48 °C.

Application
