Description

Motul 6100 SAVE-CLEAN+ 5W-30 is a Technosynthese synthetic low-SAPS fuel-economy engine oil from the 6100 line, intended for Ford and Jaguar Land Rover petrol and diesel engines that need an ACEA C1 oil, and for Mazda diesels with a particulate filter.

The oil is rated ACEA C1. The data sheet lists no official approvals: it meets the requirements of Ford WSS-M2C934-B and Jaguar Land Rover STJLR.03.5005 without formal approval. It is compatible with particulate filters and catalytic converters.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 10.8 mm²/s at 100 °C, HTHS 3.3 mPa·s, sulphated ash 0.40 %. Available in 5 litres.

It is not suitable for the later-generation Mazda SKYACTIV-D 2.2 diesel, which needs a different ACEA category.

Application

Ford and Jaguar Land Rover petrol and diesel engines where the maker requires an ACEA C1 oil, and Mazda diesels with a particulate filter, except the later-generation SKYACTIV-D 2.2.
