Description

Motul 6100 SAVE-CLEAN 5W-30 is a Technosynthese synthetic mid-SAPS engine oil from the 6100 line, with a low HTHS viscosity for fuel economy. It is intended for modern petrol and diesel engines that need an ACEA C2 oil, above all in Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Renault models.

The oil is rated ACEA C2 and API SN. The data sheet lists no official approvals: it meets the requirements of Fiat 9.55535-S1 without formal approval. It is compatible with particulate filters and catalytic converters.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 10.7 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 169, HTHS 3 mPa·s, sulphated ash 0.80 %. Available in 1, 5, 60 and 208 litres.

Application

Modern petrol and diesel engines where the maker requires a low-HTHS ACEA C2 oil, notably Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Renault models.
