Description

SUBARU BY MOTUL 5W-30 is a fully synthetic engine oil that Motul produces jointly with Subaru. It is intended for Subaru boxer petrol and diesel engines of all generations meeting Euro 4-6. According to Motul, using it keeps the Subaru factory warranty intact.

The oil is rated ACEA C2 and API SP. Its mid-SAPS formulation makes it compatible with particulate filters and catalytic converters.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 12.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 164, HTHS 3.5 mPa·s, pour point -41 °C, base number 8 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 0.70 %. Available in 1 and 5 litres.

Application

Subaru petrol and diesel engines of all generations meeting Euro 4-6 where the manufacturer specifies ACEA C2 or API SP in the 5W-30 grade.
