Description

77 Lubricants Motor Oil MP 5W-30 is a fully synthetic full-SAPS engine oil for petrol and diesel engines in cars and vans, aimed above all at Mercedes-Benz, Renault and VW models.

The oil is rated ACEA A3/B4 and claimed to meet API SP. It holds no official approvals but meets the requirements of MB 226.5, MB 229.3, MB 229.5, VW 502.00, VW 505.00, Renault RN0700, Renault RN0710, GM-LL-A-025 and GM-LL-B-025.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 11.7 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 167, pour point -33 °C, sulphated ash 1.3 %.

It is not intended for diesels with a particulate filter. The data sheet claims API SP even though its phosphorus content exceeds that category's limit.

Application

Mercedes-Benz, Renault, VW and other cars and vans with petrol and diesel engines that have no particulate filter.
