Description
AGIP Novecento 85W-140 is a heavy-grade gear oil from the Novecento line for the manual gearboxes and axles of classic cars. Its extreme-pressure film withstands shock loads in hypoid and bevel gears.
The oil is rated API GL-5; it holds no official carmaker approvals.
Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 28.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 100, pour point -15 °C, flash point 215 °C, density 910 kg/m³ and low-temperature viscosity 120,000 mPa·s at -12 °C.
