Description

BP Visco 7000 5W-30 is a fully synthetic mid-SAPS engine oil from the Visco 7000 line for petrol and diesel cars. With a sulphated ash of 0.78 %, it is compatible with particulate filters.

It is classified to ACEA C3 and API SQ and holds official approvals BMW Longlife-04, MB 229.51, Renault RN0700, Renault RN0710, VW 504.00 and VW 507.00. The VW 504.00/507.00 approvals allow its use in VW vehicles on extended drain intervals where the manufacturer provides for them.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 12.2 mm²/s at 100 °C and 70 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 172, base number 8.9 mg KOH/g, pour point -43 °C, flash point 195 °C, density 851 kg/m³.
