Description

Liqui Moly Synthoil High Tech 5W-30 is a fully synthetic mid-SAPS oil from the Synthoil range. It suits petrol and diesel car engines, including those with a particulate filter, turbocharger or CNG or LPG conversion.

It is classified API SQ and ACEA C3. It holds no official approvals; according to the manufacturer, it meets the requirements of BMW Longlife-04, MB 229.51, VW 505.00, VW 505.01 and Ford WSS-M2C917-A.

Typical figures: viscosity 12 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 160, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, NOACK 6.0 %, sulphated ash up to 0.8 %. Drain intervals of up to 40,000 km apply only where the car maker allows them. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.

Application

Petrol and diesel engines with or without a particulate filter, including turbocharged, multi-valve and Valvetronic units, and CNG or LPG vehicles, where an ACEA C3 oil is required.
