Elf Evolution 700 STI 10W-40

Description

Elf Evolution 700 STI 10W-40 is a semi-synthetic engine oil for petrol and diesel passenger car engines. Its main target is direct-injection diesels, with or without Common Rail, that run under heavy thermal stress.

The oil is rated ACEA A3/B4, API SN and API CF and holds official Renault RN0700, Renault RN0710, VW 501.01, VW 505.00 and Stellantis FPW9.55535/04 approvals. It meets the requirements of MB 229.3 without official approval.

Typical data-sheet figures: 14.3 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 155, pour point -36 °C. Pack sizes from 1 to 208 litres.

As a full-ash oil, it is unsuitable for engines with a particulate filter that require a low-ash oil.

Application

Cars with petrol and diesel engines, above all direct-injection diesels, including Common Rail units, running under high thermal load.
