Description
Liqui Moly MoS2 Leichtlauf 10W-30 is a semi-synthetic engine oil: according to the data sheet, a blend of mineral and synthetic base oils. It contains the solid lubricant molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) and is intended for turbocharged petrol and diesel engines, including extended drain intervals and severe conditions.
It holds no official approvals; the manufacturer gives recommendations only, to ACEA A3/B4 and API SL/CF.
Typical figures: viscosity 11.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 155, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, base number 10.4, NOACK 10 %, pour point -36 °C, sulphated ash 1.0-1.6 %. Pack sizes 1, 4 and 20 litres.
