Description

Liqui Moly Top Tec Truck 6150 5W-30 is a fully synthetic API FA-4 oil for heavy-duty Euro VI diesels, including the Mercedes-Benz OM 470, 471, 473, 934, 936 and 936h truck and bus engines.

Classes: API FA-4/SN and JASO DH-2. Official approvals: DTFR 15C130 and Volvo VDS-5. The oil meets the requirements of Cummins CES 20087 and DDC DFS 93K223 without formal approval.

Typical figures: 9.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, HTHS 2.9-3.2 mPa·s, base number 10 mg KOH/g, NOACK 10.0 %, pour point -45 °C. Pack sizes of 20, 60 and 205 litres.

The manufacturer stresses that the oil is not backward-compatible: it must not be used in earlier-generation engines.

Application

Euro VI truck and bus diesel engines, such as Mercedes-Benz OM 470, 471, 473, 934, 936 and 936h, that specify an API FA-4 oil; not intended for earlier-generation engines.
