Aral HighTronic 5W-40

Description

Aral HighTronic 5W-40 is a synthetic-based engine oil with a mid-level sulphated ash content for petrol and diesel passenger cars, including turbocharged and direct-injection engines. It copes with extended drain intervals wherever the carmaker permits them.

It is classified API SN and CF and ACEA C3, and holds official GM dexos2, MB 229.31, MB 229.51, Opel OV0401547-D40, Porsche A40, Renault RN0700, Renault RN0710, VW 505.00 and VW 505.01 approvals. It meets the requirements of Fiat 9.55535-S2, Ford WSS-M2C917-A and MB 226.5 without formal approval.

Typical figures from the data sheet: kinematic viscosity 14 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 169, pour point -45 °C, sulphated ash 0.8 %. Pack sizes from 1 to 208 litres.
