Description

Motul POWER LCV EURO+ 5W-40 is a mid-SAPS Technosynthese synthetic engine oil from the Power LCV line, compatible with particulate filters and catalytic converters. It is intended for European light commercial vehicles with direct-injection turbodiesels or petrol engines.

The oil meets ACEA C3 and API SN/CF and holds official VW 502.00, VW 505.00, VW 505.01, Renault RN0700 and Renault RN0710 approvals. It meets the requirements of MB 229.51 and Fiat 9.55535-S2 without official approval.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 14.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 172, HTHS 3.6 mPa·s, pour point -39 °C, base number 7.5 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 0.80 %. Available in 5 and 60 litres.

Application

European Euro IV and V light commercial vehicles with direct-injection turbodiesels or petrol engines that need an ACEA C3 oil with high HTHS viscosity.
