Description

Motul SPORT 5W-50 is a fully synthetic engine oil from the Sport line, formulated with esters. It is intended for high-performance road cars and tuned petrol or diesel engines that work across a wide range of engine speeds and temperatures, including engines prone to fuel dilution of the oil. It runs on petrol, ethanol, LPG, diesel and biofuels.

It is rated API SN and CF, and meets the requirements of Ford WSS-M2C931-C without official approval.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 17.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 186, HTHS 4.5 mPa·s, pour point -45 °C, base number 8.4 mg KOH/g. Available in 1 and 5 litres.

Application

High-performance road cars and tuned petrol or diesel engines working across a wide range of engine speeds and temperatures, including those prone to fuel dilution.
