Mobil 1 FS X2 5W-50

Description

Mobil 1 FS X2 5W-50 is a synthetic full-ash oil in the Mobil 1 range with a higher viscosity, intended for high-performance petrol and diesel engines without a particulate filter. It is also designed to reduce oil consumption and leaks in high-mileage engines.

It holds official MB 229.3 and Porsche A40 approvals and meets the requirements of Fiat 9.55535-M2 and Lexus LFA Service Fill without formal approval. Categories: ACEA A3/B4 and A3/B3, API SQ, SP, SN Plus, SN, SM, SL, SJ and CF.

Typical figures: 18.6 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 185, HTHS 4.3 mPa·s, base number 13 mg KOH/g, pour point -39 °C. The drain interval does not exceed 20,000 km.

Application

High-performance petrol and diesel cars without a particulate filter, turbocharged or naturally aspirated, and petrol engines calling for a thicker oil of earlier API categories; drain interval no longer than 20,000 km.
