Eni i-Sint MS 5W-30

Description

Eni i-Sint MS 5W-30 is a synthetic engine oil from the i-Sint line with reduced sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur (Mid SAPS), intended for modern petrol and diesel cars and light vans, as well as gas-fuelled engines and hybrids. Its viscosity is shear-stable, which suits it to extended drain intervals.

The oil is rated ACEA C2 and C3 and API SN Plus, and holds official approvals MB 229.51 and MB 229.52. The maker states that it meets the requirements of MB 229.31, GM dexos2, Opel OV0401547-G30 and Opel OV0401547-D30.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 12.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 170, flash point 240 °C.

Application

Modern petrol and diesel cars and light vans that need a Mid SAPS 5W-30 oil; the maker also permits it for gas-fuelled engines and hybrids.
