Liqui Moly Top-up Oil 5W-40

Description

Liqui Moly Top-up Oil 5W-40 is a synthetic mid-SAPS engine oil for topping up petrol and diesel engines between oil changes. It is compatible with particulate filters and can be mixed with other engine oils.

It carries API SQ and ACEA C3 and holds official BMW Longlife-04 and MB 229.51 approvals. The manufacturer states that it meets MB 229.31, MB 229.52, VW 505.00, VW 505.01, GM dexos2, Ford WSS-M2C917-A, Renault RN0700, Renault RN0710, Fiat 9.55535-H2, Fiat 9.55535-M2 and Fiat 9.55535-S2 without formal approval.

Typical figures: viscosity 14.3 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 169, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, sulphated ash up to 0.8 %, NOACK 9.5 %, pour point -42 °C. Sold only in 1-litre bottles.
