Description

Shell Helix Ultra Racing 10W-60 is a fully synthetic high-viscosity oil for modified and sports engines, whether petrol, diesel or gas. It is designed for heavy load and high temperatures, when the bearings need a thicker oil film. It is also suitable for hybrids.

The oil is rated API SN and ACEA A3/B4 and holds official Ferrari, VW 501.01 and VW 505.00 approvals. It meets the requirements of BMW M without formal approval.

Typical figures: 23.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, 160.1 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 174, pour point -42 °C, flash point 250 °C.

Application

Tuned and sports petrol, diesel and gas engines running under high load and at high temperature, including BMW M models; suitable for hybrids.
