The French YACCO oil line has a new addition: the maker is offering a new LUBE FR 5W40 synthetic, developed specifically to meet the requirements set by the French industrial groups PSA Group (Peugeot/Citroën) and Renault Group (Renault/Nissan). The new product meets the current lubricant standards PSA B71 2296 (Peugeot/Citroen) and RN0710, RN0700 (Renault). The engine oil is intended for the latest generation of engines (change interval — 15,000 km).

YACCO LUBE FR 5W40 also suits petrol and diesel engines that call for a lubricant with SAE 5W-40 viscosity and that are fitted to cars from other makers: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Opel, VW, Porsche. Among the other standards YACCO LUBE FR 5W40 meets: Longlife-01 (BMW), GM-LL-B025 (GM), MB 229.3 (Mercedes-Benz), A40 (Porsche), 502.00/505.00 (VW), ACEA A3/B3 and/or API SN/CF, ACEA A3/B4, API SM/CF, API SL/CF.

With its high thermal stability, the French LUBE FR 5W40 engine oil resists sludge formation in engines running on biofuel. Like other modern engine oils, YACCO LUBE FR 5W40 optimises engine performance, extends its service life, and makes cold starts easier at low temperatures.

YACCO LUBE FR 5W40 engine oil has come onto the market in 1- and 2-litre cans.
