Motul SPECIFIC DEXOS2 5W-30

Description

Motul SPECIFIC DEXOS2 5W-30 is a fully synthetic engine oil from the Specific line, built around a car maker's standard. It is intended for GM, Opel and Vauxhall petrol and diesel engines that need an oil with GM dexos2 approval.

The oil is rated ACEA C3, API SN and API CF and holds official GM dexos2 approval. It combines an HTHS viscosity above 3.5 mPa·s with reduced friction for better fuel economy, and it is compatible with particulate filters.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 12 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 170, pour point -36 °C, base number 7.4 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 0.78 %. Available in 1 to 208 litres.

Application

GM, Opel and Vauxhall cars with petrol and diesel engines for which the manufacturer requires a GM dexos2-approved oil; also engines designed for ACEA C3 or API SN/CF.
